the immediate exterior and interior areas are clean. several of your staff “visit” with each other in common areas and the guest is “ignored” until they have concluded their conversation. Our reservation was for 9 nights, I miscalculated and didn’t realize. we were locked from our room until we paid the full rate plus your incidental fee. we didn’t intentionally make this mistake and as a courtesy to us, your staff could have charged us the same rate we had paid - but no, you had to have the walk-in rate. this wasn’t nice and we were denied the courtesy of a conversation with management.

It’s near the highway, close to shopping so you can pick up thing and food if you’re staying for an extended period of time.

The newly renovated rooms were very nicely done, lighting exceptional, modern bathrooms

Property is clean and rooms are very nice.

The room was very clean, well kept and very comfortable. the breakfast was good too; great variety with lots of options for my picky family. The location was great too, right near the mall, Target, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.
